When to Call for Help – Support Overview

If a patient has undergone a DenSureFit Pro reline on their dentures, they should contact DenSureFit customer support in the following situations:

Persistent Looseness After Application

If the denture remains loose after applying two silicone applicators, this may indicate that the volume to be filled exceeds the average user's needs. In such cases, it's essential to consult with a dentist promptly for professional advice. In the interim, an additional silicone applicator can be applied using the Snug-Up directions provided in the DenSureFit Instructions for Use Card. Additionally, using denture adhesive powder on top of the DenSureFit Pro silicone liner can help achieve a better fit until the dental visit.

Premature Lifting or Peeling of the Liner

If the DenSureFit Pro liner begins to lift or peel prematurely, it could be due to factors such as inadequate cleaning before application, moisture during application, insufficient primer coverage, or oils from handling. It's crucial to ensure the denture is thoroughly cleaned with dish soap and dried before application, apply the primer evenly, and handle the denture by the outer surfaces to avoid contamination.

Discomfort or Sores

If the patient experiences discomfort, irritation, or sores after the reline, this may indicate an improper fit or reaction to the material.

Difficulty in Application or Uncertainty

If the patient is unsure about the Snug Up application process or encounters difficulties during the process, seeking guidance can prevent potential issues.
