As a denture wearer, if you were asked to name the things you like least about wearing dentures, there is a good chance that using denture adhesive would be near the top of the list. There are few things worse than having to use denture glue on your dentures every day, except perhaps cleaning the denture adhesive off your dentures and gums each night. Or worse, experiencing a failure of your denture adhesive while eating or speaking in public. Most people also dislike the terrible taste of denture adhesives, especially when it dissolves or oozes out during the day. These are just some reasons many people are delighted to discover that there’s a great alternative to denture adhesives. It’s called DenSureFit.

What is DenSureFit?

DenSureFit is not a dental adhesive. It’s not sticky. Nor does it leave a bad taste in your mouth. It does not dissolve or seep out from between your denture and gums. DenSureFit is non-toxic and is made from the same medical-grade silicone used for professional soft relines by many dentists. In fact, our silicone is of higher quality than the Cushion Grip thermoplastic denture adhesive or other materials used in some dental offices. Best of all, you can apply DenSureFit in the comfort and privacy of your own home.

DenSureFit is a buildable and replaceable soft silicone reline that naturally holds your dentures in place by creating suction between your dentures, gums, and palates. Each application typically lasts months, not hours or a few days, as many denture adhesives do. If your dentures become loose during that time, typically due to shrinking gums, the “buildable” nature of DenSureFit allows you to add a “snug up” layer to restore a perfect fit. In contrast, if you were using adhesive to keep your dentures snug, you would have to use more sticky paste daily to achieve anything close to the same results.

DenSureFit is unlike any product sold in stores. There are no messy mixing or daily applications. Once you establish a good fit, you can take your dentures in and out whenever you want to. A snug fit creates suction to hold the dentures in place as soon as you seat them in your mouth, typically without additional adhesives. The DenSureFit solution has improved comfort and confidence for thousands of satisfied customers.

How Can DenSure Fit Help Denture Wearers?

Those who struggle to cope with ill-fitting dentures will be amazed at the difference DenSureFit can make. DenSureFit is intended to reduce or eliminate the need for denture adhesive altogether. However, DenSureFit’s effectiveness depends on the unique situation of each person’s dentures and gums. DenSureFit is almost always effective in securing a typical upper denture where a snug fit creates natural suction between the denture plate and the palate on the roof of your mouth. Lower dentures and Horseshoe dentures can be more problematic because there is no palate to create suction. Even with a snug-fitting denture, you may need a small amount of adhesive to securely hold a Lower or Horseshoe denture. However, a snug-fitting denture requires far less adhesive and is much more comfortable to wear.

DenSureFit cannot magically solve everyone’s unique denture issues. For example, DenSureFit will not solve the problem of a “floating denture” without using adhesive. If your gum line and the walls of your denture are too low to form any suction, you will need to use some form of denture adhesive. Suppose your dentures don’t fit because they were poorly made or have become very loose. In that case, we recommend getting new dentures instead of using excessive amounts of DenSureFit to compensate. Remember, our customer service team always has your best interest in mind. You can even send pictures of your dentures to our Care Coach, who can usually tell if our product will work for you.

DenSureFit Cost vs. Denture Adhesives

While price is always a factor to consider, many users are surprised to discover that they can save money by using DenSureFit rather than daily filling voids with adhesive paste. The average DenSureFit customer uses one application for three to six months before removing and replacing it. Compared to using adhesive daily, the cost of DenSureFit is usually a better deal, even if you still use small quantities of powder adhesive.

We are not trying to imply that denture adhesives are harmful or that you will never use them again. Some people, in some situations, may want or require the additional security and confidence of denture adhesive on top of their DenSureFit liner. If you plan to eat tough, chewy, or sticky foods or speak at a public event, the last thing you want to worry about is a denture incident. However, in almost any circumstance, DenSureFit will improve your dentures’ fit, comfort, and stability. We are confident in saying this because so many people have told us that DenSureFit has had a positive and life-changing impact on their daily lives.

We’re confident that you will have a positive experience with DenSureFit, and we encourage you to share those experiences with us. And if you have any difficulties or require assistance using DenSureFit, don’t hesitate to contact our professional customer service team. Our primary goal is to make you smile.
